Used as a starting material for the synthesis of tirzepatide, this product inserts histidine, modified amino acids (alanine → α-aminoisobutyric acid, resistant to DPP-4 degradation), glutamic acid, and glycine at the 1th, 2th, 3th, and 4th positions of tirzepatide, respectively.
